Boursin e Pepe

Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta (chef's choice), cooked al dente
- 2 T peppercorns, ground
- 1 pkg Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese
- 1 C fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 T butter
- 1/2 C chives, chopped
- 1/2 C white wine
Options
- mushrooms, sliced, sauted
- broccoli, florets, cooked
- spinach, chopped, cooked
- chicken, cooked, chopped
- peas, cooked
Instructions
- Heat the pepper in the butter until fragrant, then melt in the cheese. Add the chives, parsley, and options. Add the white wine and season to taste.
- Toss the pasta in the sauce, plate and serve hot.
